Returns

Our Annual Publications

Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment you may return any of our annual publications for a full refund provided that the book is in its original sellable condition.

Our Other Products

Within 365 days of receipt of your shipment you may return any non-annual LTP product for a full refund provided that it is in its original sellable condition and is still listed in our most recent catalog.

Any media products, including audiocassette tape, videotape, CD, and software, must be returned unopened, unless defective.

Defective Products

LTP guarantees all of its products against manufacturing defects. All defective merchandise may be returned for replacement.

Packing and Shipping your Return

Please include a copy of your original packing slip, or provide as much identifying information as you can on a separate sheet of paper (name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, customer service number, etc.) and indicate the reason for return. Wrap your return securely, and send it to us at Liturgy Training Publications, 3949 South Racine Avenue, Chicago IL 60609-2523.

Damaged in Shipment

Contact LTP for information about returning any product presumed damaged in shipment. Call 1-800-933-1800.

Resolution

If a dispute arises out of or related to your visit to Ltp.org or to products you purchase through LTP.org, and if the dispute cannot be settled in the ordinary course of business, you agree that the dispute shall be submitted to the Office of Conciliation of the Archdiocese of Chicago for binding resolution.
