Returns

All books are returnable within one year from date of purchase except annual publications which cannot be returned after 30 days from date of shipment from LTP. Sale items are not returnable. Opened videos, computer programs, CD-ROM's, and cassettes are not returnable. 

To arrange returns, approval must be obtained in advance by calling customer service at 1-800-933-1800, by faxing your return request to
1-800-933-7094, or by e-mailing orders@ltp.org.
