Registration and ordering may not be compatible with Macintosh computers. Orders can be placed by phone (1-800-933-1800) or fax (1-800-933-7094.)
If our online system cannot identify you, we cannot process your order. So once you place an order, you will be asked to register – even if you are already an LTP customer. Placing an order takes you to our Log In/Registration screen. There you will be asked for your email address, password or contact information as well as billing and shipping information. To safeguard the security of your account, we will also ask you a question. Your answer can later be used to confirm your identity if you forget your password.
You will also be assigned a special customer account number to speed the order process. LTP automatically adds your customer number to all orders, invoices and statements. Please note that your online customer account number is different from the customer number you may have had before. So please use your new customer number whenever you order or need to contact us about your account.
Putting your new customer number on the payment check will ensure proper credit. We will store this information for your future orders. The next time you order, your account profile will appear automatically.

How do you find the items you need? LTP makes it easy. The Browse column at left divides our catalog into 36 broad categories. Simply click on the one that is of interest to you. You can also use our Search engine to find items in our online catalog. Search by author, title or media type (books, video, magazines, etc.) – or specify your own search criteria (key words, for example). The engine will display items that meet your search criteria. Clicking on Details will display detailed information on that item.
How do you order? Simple . . .
- If you know what you’re looking for: If you already know the ISBN or LTP Order Code of the items you wish to order, you can go directly to the Order Now page and enter your order.
- If you have to find the item(s) you wish to order. If you don’t have the ISBN or LTP catalog numbers of the items you wish to order – or if you’re not sure what you need – you can browse the LTP online catalog or use our Search engine.
- Add your selection to your Online Shopping Cart. You can change quantities later if necessary. At this point, you can click on Update Total to view the updated results. Or you can return to the bookstore to view additional titles, check out your current titles or clear your cart and start over. During your session, you can view other titles and add additional titles to your cart.
- Confirming your order. Once you have selected all your items, lock in your order by going to the Order Confirmation screen. There you can verify your order, select your Shipping option and complete your billing information. Then click Confirm Order. LTP sends you a confirmation/receipt via email.

Your Shopping Cart makes it easy to build your order. As you browse or search our catalog, you will notice that next to each item is an Add to Cart button. If an item interests you, you can add it to your Shopping Cart simply by clicking that button.
Please note that this does not obligate you to order that specific item. When you go to the Shopping Cart screen, the Order Confirmation screen gives you the opportunity to verify your order.
If you update the quantity or check the box to delete an item, you must click the button labeled Update Total to effect the change.
Once you have selected all your items, lock in your order by going to the LTP Order Confirmation screen. Once there, you can review everything in your Shopping Cart and adjust quantities of a specific item or delete items from your order, payment method, billing address and shipping address. If necessary, you can update any of this information by clicking Update, which will bring up the Update Account Information.
Only when you are satisfied with the contents of your Shopping Cart do you click the Place Order Now button to send LTP your order.
Clicking Order at the top of the navigation bar brings up the Place Order Now page. You can use this page if you already know the ISBN or LTP catalog numbers of the items you wish to order.

LTP will ship nearly anywhere in the world via United Parcel Service. International shipping costs can be expensive as are priority shipments. We must have your street address for UPS delivery.
If your billing address is a Post Office box number with a different zip code than the street address you provide for UPS shipping, please be sure to indicate clearly the different zip codes on your order. Orders with only a Post Office box number will be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service.
All shipping information – costs, delivery schedules, etc. – will be e-mailed to you later.
Please order early and allow sufficient time for your order to reach you before it is needed. Order processing and delivery time increases between Labor Day and Easter because of the liturgical seasons and the volume of orders for seasonal materials.
Within the United States
A 14% shipping and handling charge – with a $6.00 minimum – will be added to all orders. If shipments are to be sent to more than one address (e.g., Christmas gifts), an additional shipping and handling charge will be charged for each separate send-to address.
Outside the United States
Your order form will automatically add the percentage listed below according to destination and shipping method:
Canada: 25% for postal delivery; actual cost for UPS Air Service.
All other countries: 25% for surface shipment; 45% for air service.
On orders under $40.00 U.S., the following minimum shipping charges are added to the total order:
Canada: $7.00 minimum.
All other countries: $7.00 minimum.
We cannot guarantee delivery time to destinations outside the United States. See our list of international distributors and contact them for local shipments.
Seasonal or dated materials may be shipped separately from the balance of your order to ensure timely arrival.

The Bible says to render unto Caesar the things that are Caesar’s. In modern terms, this means that individual customers receiving our products in Illinois will be charged 9% sales tax. If an Illinois customer orders for a tax-exempt institution, the order must be billed and shipped to the institution. Otherwise, sales tax will be charged. Illinois institutions outside the Archdiocese of Chicago need to supply LTP with tax-exempt numbers or letters.
Ordering individual subscriptions to the magazines and periodicals we publish is as easy as ordering any other item. Periodical binders and back issues are also available.
Gift subscriptions are a great way to introduce someone else to the value of LTP's periodicals. The periodical will be sent to the person you name and the bill will be sent to you.
