Christian communities remember the names of their dead. This is especially true during November, a month traditionally known as the Month of All Souls. During this time, many faith communities have the custom of giving a place of honor to a book in which parishioners write the names of their dead.

This is such a book. It has been carefully prepared--in its dimensions, paper, binding, and art--to be both beautiful and worthy of its task. The cover of this book is beautifully designed with the Greek symbols for “alpha” and “omega”, a reference to Christ as the beginning and the end.On each page are Spanish quotations taken from the Order of Christian Funerals, and lines on which to inscribe names.
